90-day listing care

Get the property ready to show, then keep the exterior looking cared for while it is listed. A standard summer property starts at $1,000 for up to 90 days.

Initial service and routine careWindow and eaves cleaning, an initial lawn tidy, and up to seven lawn visits about every two weeks during the 90-day period. WCI confirms the property scope, schedule and final price before work begins.

Make it look its best

Point out painting, caulking, spot repairs or other quick appearance upgrades you would like considered. We will assess and quote those projects separately so you can choose what fits your budget.

Weekly mowing, snow care, major cleanup, materials and additional work are priced for the property. This request does not confirm a booking or collect payment.
